Always a good session with plenty of helpful stretches

Been seeing Isla for reformer Pilates for a while - always excellent sessions, I really feel she knows what I need to do and pushes me to do more than I think I can in a safe well-managed way. And we laugh a lot.

I went to Isla with an excruciatingly painful shoulder which was causing me sleepless nights and so much pain. She worked absolute wonders, even after just one session I was much less pain and able to sleep again. Now, the pain's distant memory, I am so grateful and recommending Isla to so many friends, she is so worth a visit.

As usual, Isla has helped increase my neck mobility and reduce discomfort.
