This place is outstanding in everything, best service, best behaviour, best treatment. I have never experienced anything like this in the UK. Mettle was extremely nice, polite caring and amazing she have done amazing keratin treatment with full privacy as I wear hijab, I didn't have to tell them anything they just knew. Most amazing thing I found is there behaviour all of them was really nice respectful, I have social anxiety but they made me so comfortable that I am feeling so much (therapist I guess). Its just amazing I would give millions of stars if I could. Thank you mettel

Nisa is honestly brilliant at what she does. I feel completely safe and confident in her care, and at this point I barely even need to tell her what I want because she just knows exactly what to do suit me. She has completely earned my trust, and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair now! Highly recommend Nisa and the salon. ❤️

I took my mum to get her hair corrected and look good for an upcoming wedding, the appointment was booked months ago and I had two consultation with Neesa and Anu to discuss what we should do with her hair… I have full faith and trust with the ladies at Zaira Rose (as they did wonders with my hair), so I left it in their good hands. The ladies at Zaira Rose looked after my mum, made her feel really comfortable and did and absolute fabulous job in her hair… they made her look younger again and she was almost in tears as the transformation was phenomenal x
