I always look forward to my appointment with Rachel, it is always a pleasure, we have a great chat like we are old friends. She listens to what you want and always delivers. She is a brilliant colourist and the cut is always perfect. Would always recommend!

Rachel is an absolute gem! I came in with a specific vision and she nailed it perfectly — was very responsive to what works with my skin tone and the color is exactly right, her cut has this gorgeous swishy movement that makes me smile every time I walk or catch my reflection. She genuinely listens. She took the time to understand what I wanted, checked in throughout, and adjusted with so much care until I was completely overjoyed with the result. You can tell she really cares about her clients walking out feeling amazing - i know I left feeling like the best version of myself. New hair era!!

Rachel did exactly what I wanted and didn’t cut too much off the ends of my hair as I’m trying to grow it, just kept it healthy. She also gave me some great advice on products.
