Really really happy with my appt today, I love my haircut and Robbie was absolutely brilliant at putting me at ease (my neurodivergence means things like hair appointments can be a bit anxiety inducing!), he actively listened to me and made sure I understood all my options, talked me through figuring out sensible ways of achieving what i wanted, and was great company too! Will definitely be back :)
