If you are open to it, the practitioner will utilise Kinesiology tools to access subconscious via muscle-monitoring.
Please bring along any recent pathology test results, and complete the comprehensive health appraisal questionnaire that will be sent via email. 
Existing clients - if it's been more than 1 year since seeing Sarah, you will need to select this appointment for a full assessment. 

Initial Consultation with Sarah

40 minute initial consultation for children (up to age 14)

Relax into a 90 minute session to explore your subconscious and support your optimal health.

Also request this appointment if you have Naturopathic results to go through AND you'd like time for Kinesiology 

Regular follow-ups are can take up to 30 minutes and are generally 2-4weeks apart depending on your needs and include script renewal (where required). During your follow-up appointments we will check on your progress, answer any questions you may have about the condition and address any other issues.

This extended follow-up integrates both Naturopathic insights and Kinesiology techniques, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your health. This is for quick questions or queries (not for new script / revisions) between your main follow up appointments or for ACUTE conditions i.e. common cold, flu, food poisoning, immune booster pack, infections, ordering test / pathology requests.
