I went in expecting a lymphatic massage and a little reset, but I walked out feeling more like myself than I have in such a long time. I saw Shayla, and all I can say is that every woman needs to experience what she does. She could see the stress I was carrying before I even said a word. What I received was so much more than a lymphatic massage—it was healing on every level. I left feeling lighter, calmer, emotionally released, and completely reconnected with myself. I didn’t know what to expect but I knew my 9 months of pelvic pain was recurring after diligent exercises and physiotherapy. Shayla listened and recommended a thorough massage. I had no idea it would be so extensive. But as I’ve come to understand with age, the body’s systems all affect each other. Her total concentration and intuition was obvious for the whole time. At the end she told what she had found (although I could feel it as she worked!) and now, after a week the pain has subsided every day. I haven’t felt this good for 9 months. I love holistic approaches like she offers.
