Alison gave me a very warm welcome into the saloon and I had a complimentary hot cup of tea . Sienna was lovely and friendly- my hair was on the shoulder length but I need a good couple of inches off to get back to my healthier hair ( regular swimmer and colour at home ) and understood my wishes . We discussed my lifestyle - I need to wear it up for work but didn’t want it too short. The hair treatment was lovely after my wash Sienna did an excellent job , highly recommended. The surcharge for longer length hair was only £5 - which I felt was very reasonable. Thank you to the team .
