Loved my experience. Meg explained everything incredibly well. Everything was broken down into actually achievable steps. We covered absolutely all aspects of what I could have hoped to cover! Absolutely recommend

Meeting with Megan for a consultation about jockey nutrition/dietary needs made me feel so much more secure. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the dietary needs of an healthy jockey and realistic goals for how to improve my nutrition for best performanc. My favorite part about our consultations was how personalized Megans goals were for me and my lifestyle. The goals we set together were very manageable and she explained how the changes will impact my body for the better. To top it off, Megan is just the sweetest, most down-to-Earth person and it was a delight working with her.
