Silvia was very friendly and helped me to relax in the pool. She talked through the treatment very clearly taking me through each exercise very gently. The treatment overall was very good and my muscles felt less tight afterwards.

The actual session with Sylvia was excellent. I struggled with the changing room ,showering and getting dressed. It was probably made more difficult because the lady at reception forgot to offer me a band for the locker-she apologised
