I’m a 65 yr old guy and my back and my legs were aching. Eduardo is very experienced and immediately went to work on the causes of my problem areas. 60 mins later and I felt really good and loose and moving easily. I’m going to return next week…Thank you!

Eduardo is a great instructor. Very knowledgeable and clear in explaining movements and posture. He motivates and pushes you. He gave me very valuable tips on how to use gym equipment and maximise my training. I would definitely recommend!
