Angelina was amazing the first time I went, she had amazing customer service and left me feeling great. I went back and she wasn’t working so I had Julia who in my opinion did a horrible job and didn’t feel listened to. Extremely upsetting experience.

Experienced a reaction to the products used (a chemical burn).  My skin was quite stingy and red when I left the salon and I thought it would fade but it wasn't until I got home I noticed the burn. Surprised this wasn't acknowledged when I was at the salon as it was clearly visible.
