I wore a jacket with the hood tied tightly over my hair when I walked in for my regular appt today. In 80° weather. Two hours earlier, I'd gotten a round brush completely snarled in my long hair. At 65 years old, the brush painfully hanging off my head after over 90 minutes of laugh-crying at home, this was ironically what had happened in wanting to go to my hair appointment with Kelsey with less frizz. Well, OMG, Kelsey was my earth angel today. She eventually got my rat's nest free. I offered to make a 2nd appt to get my hair cut, but she did it today. I love it! What a miracle worker.
