Alex is absolutely amazing. They say once you find your hairdresser, you stick with them for life and I truly feel so grateful that Alex is that person for me. She goes above and beyond my expectations every single time and understands my hair better than anyone ever has. She’s incredibly gentle and works with such care and precision. I also really appreciate how she explains every step of the process, helping me understand the purpose and importance behind what she’s doing. It makes the whole experience feel thoughtful, intentional, and reassuring. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
