Targeted all the tight areas that were giving me tension and pain. Asked about pressure levels applied and worked hard on relieving the problem areas. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. Happily have another treatment. Thanks Teddy

It was a fantastic sports massage with Ted. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I feel great. He got all of the knots out, gave really useful advice and it was an overall excellent experience. I will definitely be returning. Cara’s clinic looks and feels fantastic. It has a lovely vibe with very friendly and amenable staff. It’s a great place to visit and I recommend it to everyone.
