Genna super professional and very gentle made me feel at ease straight away as it’s not something I’ve had before so before having this procedure done I did my research and Genna is as amazing as her many years in this profession state Can’t recommend highly enough Genna and the Trace team Thank you

Genna was very professional. She explained what she would be doing in my treatment, what I would hear as the machine makes a noise only I could hear and how it should feel. It’s early days yet so no immediate results. This will come over time.
