​Since no two bodies are alike no two treatments are the same, so I do not follow standard routines; instead, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs at the time.I offer both 60- and 90-minute sessions, using a combination of my skills such as:

Your treatment will always be unique to you and whether this is your first, or part of a course of treatments I will consider your physical, emotional, and mental state and customise the treatment to meet those needs at that time. 

Bespoke Therapeutic Massage - 90 minutes

As no pregnancy is the same, no massage is either and each treatment will be specifically tailored to your needs on the day and is carried out with you lying on your side, fully covered with towels and supported by as many pillows as you need. You can choose to have a full body massage or a more detailed and focused massage on specific areas you need me to work - its your choice.

Whether this is a one-off treatment or something you chose to do throughout your pregnancy my entire focus is on you, providing a safe place to relax, unwind and allow your mind and body to find peace and balance.

Pregnancy Massage - 60 minutes

1 hour treatment aimed to relieve pain from chronic injuries, discomfort, reduced mobility as well as emotional holding patterns.
For many patients who feel they have tried everything, fascia bodywork can provide a welcomed relief from pain and discomfort using techniques that are safe, gentle, permissive and profoundly effective and works with the physical and emotional component of the injury.You can choose between 1 hour or 90 minute sessions with the option to extend treatment times when it feels required. For your first treatment please allow at least 75 minutes to allow for consultation which generally takes 15 minutes. 

Fascia-Focused Therapy - 60 minutes

Bespoke Therapeutic Massage - 60 minutes

This is a luxurious, head-to-toe full-body massage designed to nurture both your body and mind. This deeply restorative treatment blends the soothing strokes of Swedish massage with targeted deep tissue work to calm, rebalance, and revitalise. Your session begins at the back and flows seamlessly through the entire body, finishing with a beautifully calming facial massage.

My aim is always to offer you a safe, nurturing space completely dedicated to you—somewhere you can truly unwind, relax, and allow your mind and body to switch off. Let the worries, tension, and mental noise of everyday life melt away, and allow your body’s natural path to healing, inner peace, and tranquillity to unfold. This isn’t just a massage; it’s an invitation to pause, breathe, and allow your nervous system to soften and settle.
