friendliness and professionalism!

10/10 the best customer service! I got a lash lift months ago and wasn’t 100% satisfied. Fast forward a few months later, Nancy texted me telling me she learned a new technique for thicker, longer lashes and wanted to offer a lash lift free of charge. I accepted and was so shocked and impressed at how good my lashes looked. Going on 6 weeks and my lashes still look good.

Nancy was really sweet and made me feel so comfortable during my first appointment w Loved and Lashed. She has such a bubbly personality which made me feel so relaxed and welcomed. She listened to what I wanted and made corrections when I asked! She helped explain to me the payment afterwards because the receipt was written weirdly.

Nancy was friendly and easy to talk to. She looked at my inspo picture and gave me a nice wispy set! Love how light my lashes feel. Will definitely book with her again.

Such a cute and cozy place, very professional and comfortable. The service was amazing and very attentive. My lashes look beautiful, exactly how I wanted them. I’ll definitely be back!
