Abbie was very helpful and gave good advice about the way forward as I am growing my hair but wasn’t at all pushy

My experience was great as usual. Abbie always listens carefully and has excellent memory. She is patient and makes very helpful suggestions. I always leave feeling happy - apart from the terrible wash basin/chair which has to be the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in. Abbie is a treasure and the Studio is lucky to have her.
