First time trying this guys out and Marcella was my stylist. Great customer service! I was really looked after. I am always nervous when getting my hair done due to a particularly bad experience years ago so can be a bit introverted at the hairdresser but they checked I was happy with the progress of my colour and cut along the way. The added touches of the massage chair, aromatherapy stream, eye pillow, teas and coffee throughout my long appointment were wonderful. When I got home and was able to take it all in. LOVE IT!
