Liz sorted me right out! Found pains I didn’t even know I had and has such good knowledge of muscles / pressure points to help release tightness 10/10 will be back on a regular basis!

The massage was a rewarding experience and work on the hips provided an easing of the whole joint area. A thorough massage then ensued. Thank you Liz.
