Composed, professional, good listener, gentle and excellent at washing and blow drying hair. I am 63 and have a lot of experience with different hairdressers all over the world washing and blow drying my hair. Loretta is a standout, the best hairdresser (for washing and blow drying, not had a haircut with Loretta) I have experienced in the UK - I live in Australia now but visit Berkhamsted every year or two) and I certainly hope to visit Loretta at Alchemy all the time I’m in the UK. I’d say Loretta has a fabulous career in hairdressing to look forward to.
