Today Rychi suggested that I up the speed on the vibration plate to push myself a bit.. I went from 15 to speed 20 and It was fine. Thank you Ruchi for that suggestion.

Massage was top notch! She made a 1 hour massage feel like 2 hours. I was made to feel very comfortable and she customized it to exactly what I needed. I feel amazing!
