I have a slipped disc that puts pressure on my spinal nerves, and Catherine has been able to provide almost instant relief after every visit through her Indian head massage treatments. Her ability to identify the exact areas where tension has built up is truly remarkable. It’s a skill that comes from a deep understanding of the human body and years of expertise. I have been exceptionally pleased with the care and service Catherine has provided, and I will continue to book treatments with her whenever possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with deep muscle tension.
