Hakan at Nest offers a really personal and personable experience. I highly recommend hom and his treatments, theyre considered and extremely well delivered with as much discussion as you would like about them and how they might help you as you want, or not.

I cannot recommend Hakan enough. After struggling with a bad neck and back, Hakan was able to pin point the problem areas and through a combination of massage, acupuncture, cupping and reiki I left feeling so much lighter and all the tension had gone. He was so thorough in his assessment and treatment plan, personalised for my needs. Nothing was rushed and he gave me so much of his time to ensure my visit was a positive and relaxing experience. I cannot wait to return.

as always Hakan knows whats needed even if I dont! I wish I'd found him years ago and he makes you feel so welcome!
