Deep Tissue massage works more deeply than classic massage, targeting underlying muscles to release chronic tension. Using slower strokes and focused pressure along the muscle fibres, it helps ease knots, restore elasticity, and improve circulation—supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Alongside traditional deep tissue techniques, I incorporate Ayurbalance, blending in myofascial release to create a deeply healing, relaxing and releasing treatment.

Ayurbalance Deep Tissue 60

Reiki is a Japanese technique that works with universal healing energy to treat the whole person; body, emotions, mind and spirit. It has a profoundly calming effect, including deep peace, security and well-being. It is simple, natural and safe, and is a very powerful complementary therapy to be used alongside other healing modalities. During the session, I will work both with hands on and off, and there is no need to remove clothing. We can also discuss integrating with other energy work techniques if you wish. I also integrate Reiki with my intuitive bodywork sessions if desired. 

Reiki 60

I invite you into a warm, peaceful, and welcoming space where you can fully relax and take a well-deserved moment for yourself! The postnatal period is a time of healing, adjustment, and learning to care for both yourself and your new little one. It can be incredibly joyful, and simultaneously it’s also common to feel physically and emotionally drained as your body recovers and adapts to the demands of new parenthood.

My nurturing postnatal massage treatments are designed to give you time to rest, restore, and feel cared for. Using a combination of soothing full-body massage and focused muscle work with gorgeous oil blends, I aim to ease tension, relieve tired muscles, and create a sense of calm and balance for you during this tender stage of recovery.

Tailored treatment packages are also available to provide ongoing support during those early months of motherhood - gift vouchers on request.

Postnatal 60

Myofascial release is a gentle, restorative treatment that works with the body’s connective tissues to help release tension, improve movement, and encourage deep relaxation. Using slow, sustained pressure, I work carefully with areas of tightness and restriction to help ease discomfort, support better posture, and bring a greater sense of balance and ease to the body. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, creating a calm and nurturing space where your body can soften, unwind, and restore naturally.

Myofascial Release 60

A deeply relaxing holistic massage to soothe you, calm your nervous system and ease you into a state of deep rest. Using slow, flowing techniques and gentle pressure, I work intuitively to release tension, soften tight muscles, and encourage you to fully unwind. We will talk beforehand and tailor the treatment to your needs on the day, creating a peaceful and nurturing experience that will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
