Very friendly and polite chap. Great with the boys.

My son (11) has been going to Kai for a while now and always leaves with a smile on his face. Not only does Kai listen and cut hair exactly as asked (and it always looks great) but more than that he makes the whole experience really easy and my son loves having a chat with him.
