A lovely massage 
.Lizzy is attentive to current problems and needs and adjusts her technique accordingly. The room is warm and snug so the whole experience is soothing and therapeutic.

A relaxing and therapeutic massage beneficial for both mother and baby. Not only will the massage help to ease the aches and pains which often occur during pregnancy but also calm the nervous system, reducing feelings of anxiety and symptoms of depression.
Massage can be a great help in balancing out the hormones, increasing dopamine and seratonin levels and reducing stress hormones such as cortisol. This can then also then help during child birth.

Prenatal Pregnancy Massage

Sometimes the focus just needs to be on the Upper Body. 
As usual, a deep yet therapeutic massage but targeting the back, shoulders, neck and arms and with the option either to include therapeutic abdominal massage or to finish with a relaxing face massage.
