The experience overall was ok - the salon was clean and the lash techs were friendly. I felt a bit disappointed by the outcome of my Korean lash lift as I was expecting more of a dramatic difference compared to some of the photos I’ve seen online. The difference to my usual lashes felt quite minimal. The lash tech also dropped something on my shoulder during the appointment and it was only when I got home I noticed a dye stain on my jumper which I’ve only able to partially get out in the wash.

Genuinely so happy with my lashes, managed to get squeezed in last minute after having terrible lashes at a different place, and when I arrived here the staff were all so lovely and easily removed the lashes and applied a fresh beautiful set for me. Everyone’s so sweet and nicely spoken, they managed to create an excellent lash set very quickly!! Thankyou
