I was happy with the results, but docking a star because some nails had to be redone due to dents or unevenness on the white tips or missed spots that I pointed out. Still tipped 20%. I was a little surprised because they usually really double check every angle. I already noticed chipping on 1 nail after 2 days then after 5 days another nail began chipping. After a few days the thumb texture looked bumpy with bubbles. Also, another customer next to me that day was really upset because her artist did the wrong nails when it $200. It appears some quality issue is going on.

Have been going to this salon for over two years, mostly for gel polish, now and I'm always happy with the results

Service was ok, I got injured from removing cuticles, they were removing too much. I did not see the tools coming out of a seemed cleaned package. Also I made an appointment for both manicure and pedicure at the same time only to find that they changed my pedicure to later, not cool.
