Steve was very good he managed to get right in to the painful muscle through massage.   Also went through a few exercises that I can do at home that will help.  Very nice chap easy to talk to and made you feel at ease.

Generally covering the whole body but can focus on just legs lower body or upper body in more detail. Can also cover strength testing and stretching if needed. 

Deep tissue massage 

A longer session which will cover the whole body, arms, neck and legs for those who require longer than 1 hour. We can also combine strength testing and stretching to this treatment. 

A in depth consultation and treatment plan sports  aimed at injury prevention and recovery. Not just for sports individuals- we work with office workers to athletes. Our tailored treatments focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and helping you get back to the activities you love safely and effectively.
