Personnel is nice, but a few things could be improved to have a better experience: room where massage was done was a bit all over the place, the bed didn't fit, so was placed diagonally with another bed in a lateral wall and they didn't have an eye mask or a small towel to cover eyes, instead she removed the cover of the bed's head piece and use it cover my face, which I took off.

The massage was good, the facility was clean but very small and doesn't seem to be a big focus for the hotel . No one is at the desk to greet you , the door is locked when you arrive early , you must sit outside until they get out of service to open the door. No restroom facility in the spa, must walk back into the other part of the hotel near the gym to access restroom. They advertise that you can use the sauna and hot tub, but no one ever oriented me to where those may be nor offered a towel or changing room. I was not staying at the Hilton, I live in a condo-south of 5th neighborhood.
