I saw Amy for semi permanent make up removal on my brows. She explained everything really well before we started, which answered all of my questions and calmed my nerves. The whole thing took around 20mins including plenty of breaks to apply ice packs to keep the area cold and numb. I'm thrilled with the initial result and excited to see the end result in 4-6 weeks. Amy-Louise knows her stuff! I have so much confidence in her because she is always striving to know more and develop in her training. I travel an hour to see her because I have trust in her services. My appointments always flyby as we are laughing and chatting the whole time, she creates such a lovely atmosphere at each appointment too. Would 100% recommend!!

I can’t recommend Amy enough! I’ve been having laser hair removal with her and recently had a patch test for tattoo removal. As someone with AuDHD, I often find appointments and being around new people quite overwhelming, but she always makes me feel completely at ease. She’s kind, professional, and creates such a calm, welcoming environment. I’d recommend her to anyone.
