I've been an athlete competing for the City of Sheffield at 800m's in the British league. Winning many Midlands titles and competed against the rest of the world. After suffering injuries sports massage and treatments left an indelible impression on me. I've completely level 4 massage to help with people's prevention of injury and rehabilitation if required. I have worked with many people, including profesathletes some with World titles, general gym goers, OAPs and many more.

Super grateful to Andy for being able to get me in last minute & absolute master of his craft. Fixed the pain of an ongoing issue I've had for 4 weeks within an hour. Will now not be going anywhere else

He combines genuine kindness with exceptional expertise and competence, making every session both reassuring and highly effective.
