I struggle with neck and upper back pain. Mainly due to old sport injuries. Christie's treatment addressed my issues and she gave really good advice on how to manage my pain going forward. She used various techniques to loosen up my neck and upper back. I will be back. Highly recommend Christie for a good sport massage.

What truly stood out was her level of knowledge and care, in particular her knowledge about my spine and scoliosis. She took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and clearly knew how to work with my body in a way that felt both safe and incredibly effective. The massage was perfect, relieving tension without ever feeling uncomfortable. I feel so happy after searching for quite some time to find someone in Houtbay.
