Always excellent service by all employees however I suggest you revisit your policy for loyal customers and not one time customers. Cancellations should be allowed if done a day before within a 12hr window. I a regular customer and even my daughter so if not allowed this flexibility unfortunately it can leave me not considering yr services. Thank you

Such a lovely experience! The salon is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. Esh is extremely professional, friendly, and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend!
