For those seeking a thorough release of tension in a full body or focused treatment, ideal for addressing deep-rooted stress in just 90 minutes.

For those seeking a thorough and rejuvenating experience, choose this 105-minute session for deeper muscle tension relief and a focused treatment on areas of stress.

The Lymph detox treatment accelerates your lymphatic system’s natural cleansing and healing ability by removing toxins, metabolic wastes and excess fluid from your body.

We use a combination of myofascial tissue mobilisation and rhythmic pumping to drain and refine your shape. Leave feeling lighter, clear minded and energised.

To enhance the body’s healing process, we add a little extra oomph to your treatment with a 20 minute red light therapy* pad on your stomach. Our LED body panel has both red and infrared diodes at wavelengths of 660nm & 850nm.
