I got a facial done today, and I’m not familiar with skincare at all. My skin was extremely dehydrated, but Kayla took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment and gave me the confidence and motivation to start taking better care of my skin. I really appreciated her patience, knowledge, and genuine care.
