Hot stone massage was excellent.

Since doing reformer Pilates I have had less back/hip pain, I feel my body is becoming stronger. I have noticed increased muscle tone and flexibility.

Excellent treatment, Lucy really knows what’s she’s doing and adapts each session to treat specific areas of concern. As someone who’s had years of having treatments all over the country with different types of practitioners it was a relief to move to this area and find Lucy.
