Phoebe is really lovely and a brilliant hairdresser

Phoebe was friendly, welcoming and put my daughter at ease. The appointment took up most of the day as there was a lot to do to change from a box dye but, Phoebe explained everything including the process, cost and being upfront about how it may turn out. My daughter was so pleased with the result and really grateful for Phoebes time and patience. We will be back.

Phoebe takes time to listen to what I want my hair colour to look like. This means she does it perfectly. She also cuts and styles my hair perfectly. A great hairdresser and lovely person.

Always a relaxing haircut with Phoebe, who listens to you and gives advice. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my hair appointment.
