I went in for a partial face laser treatment (sideburns and upper lip). The entire treatment took about five seconds and felt extremely rushed. Hair was missed on my sideburns, and only after I pointed it out did the technician go over the area. There was no effort to check the treated areas afterward, and when I got home, I found additional fuzzy hairs around my upper lip that had also been missed.The office atmosphere feels cold, unwelcoming, and unfriendly. The technician didn't smile or come across as personable and seemed focused on getting the treatment done as quickly as possible.

I am impressed with the fast effective service I have been given with amazing results from the laser hair removal program and service . I already can see a huge difference from the first few visits. I highly recommend this spa , I keep increasing the services because of the effective results.
