Ronél truly saved the day by stepping in at the last minute. From start to finish, she was professional, gentle, and incredibly caring. She made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I had an excellent experience and look forward to seeing her again in the future. If you're looking for your new lash tech who knows what she's doing, look no further!! Words simply fall short! I felt so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I have EXTREMELY sensitive eyes, but Ronél went above and beyond to ensure my comfort! Ronél is an incredible lash artist and human. She took her time to explain everything to me and work on a plan with me. She worked with my features and didn't use a general template that wasn't compatible. What a wonderful experience!! I would recommend her services to anyone. Not only is she an incredibly thorough technician but a wonderful person!
