However, she did not seem happy or motivated to work, and unfortunately, this kind of energy can affect the customer’s mood and overall experience. I hope you will pay more attention to your employees’ well-being, morale, and satisfaction in the workplace, as their attitude and energy can have a direct impact on the customer experience.
