My first appointment with Sophie. It was excellent. After some questions and looking at my gait, Sophie was able to pinpoint the exact muscle causing the issues I was having. She then massaged the area and gave me exercises to do at home. Fantastic service. Thank you Sophie.

Excellent results as always mixture of massage and lymphatic drainage yesterday. I always leave appt more flexible and deffo lighter this time round. Sorry for losing wind during my appointment 🤣.
