I've been going to Tracy for years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. I have very fine, thin hair, and in the past other stylists either damaged it or left me with color that turned brassy or red. Tracy consistently keeps my hair healthy, soft, and shiny while creating a beautiful blonde color that gets me compliments all the time. Freddy was great! He really listened to what I was looking for and took the time to ask questions to make sure he understood the new hairstyle I wanted. He was patient, kind, and paid close attention to the details. He absolutely nailed the look I was going for and also gave me some great advice on how to style my hair at home and get the most out of the cut. I really appreciated the whole experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Freddy!

I really like Beauty Concepts and the owner and the staff. Although I didn't quite get the style I wanted and showed, my fault I didn't point it out to the stylist before leaving, I still like the one I ended up with. I'll return.

Outstanding work she was so meticulous in how she placed each lash I was beyond satisfied. Renee is such a specialist and very creative with helping you choose the style and length of lashes that will look nice on your face. Getting my daughters hair braided by Ty was the best experience since I’ve been in Dallas. She has a warm welcoming energy and very pleasant.
