This appointment involved a consult and start of a treatment series so cannot comment on the results yet, but can say Tyler made me feel very at ease with the process which he warned could be uncomfortable. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Carla. She took the time to explain the process and showed me the difference the massage had made to my legs. During each section, Carla gave me tips on how to help the lymphatic drain myself and showed me how to do some of the massaging on my own body. The whole experience was lovely - the therapy room was lovely and warm and the heated bed was bliss. I will definitely be returning.

Highly recommend Tyler. He is incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at explaining what he’s doing and why so that you get a real understanding of what’s going on with your body and how to recover properly. He’s also very funny so puts you completely at ease during your treatment.

Excellent and highly recommend. Joel was polite and professional and put me at ease. He explained how the session would work and what to expect. The sports massage was thorough and helped to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back. I enquired about follow up sessions and was not made to feel anything was compulsory. Rather I was offered a selection of options that would suit me should I wish to try.

Went to see Tyler for my first PRP treatment and he was brilliant start to finish really helped me feel at ease when I almost passed out having my bloods done. The actual treatment was really quick and I felt really comfortable. Tyler spoke to me the whole time he was very professional. I would highly recommended giving him a visit if you are considering PRP you won’t regret it. He’s an all round nice guy that knows his stuff. I will definitely be back for another treatment.
