No awkwardness, assumptions or judgement, just a warm welcome and great conversation. I love that I can give Paula a rough idea and then trust her creativity. This time I gave her some colours, suggested a cowboy hat or horseshoe, and let her decide the rest. Easy to book. Experienced worker who knows her clients needs. My nails split from nail end toward the cuticle. They also have a big curve, side to side.. some gel nails just peel off. Leona has purchased specific gel/biab, with added nylon to strengthen my nails and in my favorite colour too.
