Comfortable and as expected . The knowledgeable that was told and given gave a feeling of ease. Jade knows her stuff. Very welcoming. The carbon doll facial was a marvellous experience, with explanations as it went on. Many different options available (not just facials) with regards to treatments. Any questions are answered and advice is given freely. I would definitely recommend having a look and getting yourself booked it. What a great find! Caroline is brilliant, listened to me and took note of my concerns and worries following a disappointing experience elsewhere. She worked hard throughout the facial and adding in what she thought my skin needed. Before I was home, I’d received after care instructions via WhatsApp. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Looking forward to my next visit.

First time visiting this hidden gem. I came for a bliss facial and i can honestly say from start to finish Mia was brilliant!. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Products smelt amazing, massage was perfect. Definitely will be returning.
