Went there for a consultation only and ended up getting my Nanoblading done perfectly on Friday afternoon. Rose is a professional artist and therapist, she provided great service beyond my expectations considering my oily skin condition. I would highly recommend her. I had my eyeliner tattooed by Rose today and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, she was so warm and welcoming. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page before starting. I never felt rushed or unheard. Throughout the entire session she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, which made such a difference. Saya really impresses. She is a perfectionist in everything she does. The studio is spotlessly clean and inviting, her hygienic practices are over and above. She also has lovely little touches like a gift of aftercare products beautifully presented, bottled water on arrival and chocolates for you to take home. Can't say enough good things about her and her work!!! Wow, she is able to tattoo individual hair lines that make your brows look 100% natural. I've had eyebrow tattooing before but nothing near this level of perfection.

Sayaka was friendly, calm, and explained the process clearly. She began with a thorough analysis of my lifestyle, skin tone, skin type, and jewellery to choose a suitable colour. Loved the experience so much. Only thing I didn’t like was when the door is open to the massage room, everyone can see in and my crack was out haha. And wasn’t aware of the upcharge for my hair being straightened
