I had a wonderful whole body massage with Lindsey. She seemed to know by touch exactly where I’ve been struggling, particularly around my knee and ankle and worked with just the right amount of firmness throughout. The room was beautiful, calm, and incredibly relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and that I’d had real value for money and quality service. Massage could be rated as "the best" ever had. Evironment rustique and very spiritual. Just what i was looking for. Then the therapý was very professionnal, ciblé, and just perfect for the pain i exprerienced prior to the session. Will do a repeat surely.

After several weeks of pain and no improvement following an NHS physio appointment, I booked with Alikia. She was welcoming, took the time to understand my symptoms, carried out a thorough assessment, and quickly identified the issue. She explained everything clearly while treating me. It took a few days to feel the benefit due to the deep work she carried out, but I noticed a real improvement. I've now had my second appointment, left with helpful advice, and have already booked my next visit. Highly recommended.

Brilliant physiotherapist. Spends time understanding your issues, tailors treatments and explains causes and treatments in a way which is easy to understand. Not your run of the mill physio where you’re just another patient with an issue, but someone who spends the time in really understanding lifestyle to really offer the best advice and treatment.
