I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

I say the best Spa in whole Exeter , for me personally felt this is what a spa should included what actually a person wants exactly to pamper themselves . Jo was lovely. I had a mindful massage, a new experience for me. It was very slow ans gentle, and I wasn't sure it would help as I usually go for sports massages. Anyway, I was left more relaxed than any other massage I have had. Jo made the tension melt away. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I found Leah very easy to relax and be open with. I liked her holistic approach, taking into account the emotional, as well as physical, stresses held in the body. It was both a relaxing and therapeutic 1.5 hours treatment.

I've now been seeing Jack for a regular monthly massage for around 18 months. He is an excellent practitioner of the art and I always leave sessions feeling relaxed, comfortable and with any niggly aches and pains banished. Cannot recommend Jack highly enough.

Today I had the hot stone massage and it was honestly amazing. From the start, everything felt really calm and relaxing, and the warm stones just melted all my stress away. The pressure was perfect and I could feel all the tension leaving my body. I came out feeling completely refreshed and so much more relaxed than before. Rachel is amazing! X

I've been seeing Rach for years for her amazing massages and more recently reiki ❤️. Today I had a TMJ session post massage. Rach as always was gentle and reassuring, explaining everything prior to treatment. I've had longstanding issues with jaw clenching, cheek biting, grinding and migraines. Straight away I noticed a real release of tension in my jaw afterward and since treatment. My jaw feels looser, no clicking and no longer sore. Rach made me feel completely at ease, and I'd recommend her to anyone struggling with jaw tightness or TMJ discomfort. She's the Best! ❤️
